Holiday Rates
We charge a $25.00 additional daily fee for the following major holidays:
New Years Day + December 31st and January 2nd
MLK Day + day before and day after
Mother's Day
Memorial Day + day before and day after
Father's Day
4th of July + July 3rd and July 5th
Labor Day + day before and day after
Thanksgiving Day + day before and day after
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day + December 23rd and December 26th
Other holidays not listed here are not charged the additional holiday service fee. This fee is only charged for the day before, day of, and day after a holiday. All other days in your booking are charged at the regular rate.
Payment
Payment is accepted by cash, Cash App, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle.
Credit card payments incur a 2% fee. We split the fee with you and cover everything over 2%.
Sales tax is not charged. The price you see is the price you pay.
Deposit
If paying by cash, Cash App, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle:
A deposit of 50% of the quote is due upon signing/acceptance of the quote. The remainder is due within three (3) calendar days of the conclusion of service.
If paying by credit card:
Full payment will be charged automatically at the conclusion of service. A credit card must be on file prior to the start of service.
Cancellation
100% refund if you cancel 14 days or more from date of service start.
50% refund if you cancel 7-13 days from date of service start.
25% refund if you cancel 4-6 days from date of service start.
No refund if you cancel 3 days or less from date of service start.
NOTE: If paying with a card on file, your card will be charged in accordance with the above policy, based upon 50% of the total due.
When you schedule our services, you're reserving a booking that cannot be allocated for other clients. Your deposit compensates us for our availability to you and for the clients we're unable to book during your service period. If you need to cancel, we ask that you please provide as much notice as possible so that other clients have an opportunity to book with us.
