Payment

Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal.

Credit card payments incur a 2% fee.

Sales tax is not charged. The price you see is the price you pay.

Deposit

If paying by cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal: A deposit of 50% of the quote is due upon signing/acceptance of the quote. The remainder is due at the conclusion of service.

If paying by credit card: Full payment can be made at the conclusion of service

with a credit card on file.

Cancellation

100% refund if you cancel 16 days or more from date of service start.

50% refund if you cancel 11-15 days from date of service start.

25% refund if you cancel 6-10 days from date of service start.

No refund if you cancel 5 days or less from date of service start.

NOTE: If paying with a card on file, your card will be charged

in accordance with the above policy.

When you book our services, you are reserving time which could be allocated for other clients. The deposit compensates us for our availability to you and the work we are unable to accept during your reservation. If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible so that other clients may book with us.
